>>730795090Stellar Blade's issue isn't the lack of moves as much as the excess of filler. The open world sections are bland, boring, meaningless and fucking huge for the amount of content in them. No Stellar Blade I'm not going to run around for 5 hours to find 20 Shingledingles and photograph 20 Dinglebingles.
>>730796864If the game were designed like Nier: Automata in that it had a semi-open but smaller dense world where you can do quests (hopefully more than taking pictures or fishing) with subsections within each region which were linear action stages, it would've been a lot better. It's a good game but the sharp divide between the open world aspect and the linear aspect kills the pacing, especially with how needlessly large the open world is and how much nothing there is there.
