How come mobile games make so much money, to the point phones alone have become a bigger market than both consoles and PCs combined?

You have more fun playing on PC or console, so when you play on mobile you make more purchases to generate the dopamine you'd get if you were having fun on other systems.

What if I play phone games on a PC using an Android emulator?

You'll probably spend less, just like ebay, amazon and other online sellers really want you to use their phone app because they know you are more likely to spend money on your phone.

I don't believe that. I'm more comfortable at my computer than while using my phone, so I'm more likely to spend on my computer. When I make some big purchase (thousands of dollars), I'll be using my computer. It's harder to make a mistake while typing.
