Did getting a job change your gaming habits?
>>730800743Getting a job enabled my gaming habitsBecause I had money to buy games and game related thingsNow I'm jobless and don't buy shit
>>730800743I don't have a job
I will never get a job>inb4 leech parasite etc.not my problem wagiecels
When I first got a job, not reallyThen covid happened and I had nothing but time for my hobbies, so when I went back to work, yes. Yes it did hinder my gaming habits.
>getting a joblol
Getting a job didn't.My current job kinda does.
>>730800743yes. I've became an admin on telecom substation and surveillance control room operator. I've never played a game since Doom 4 and GTA V. I got a time consuming hobby riding ADV all day long. I still browse this honey pot site.
I'm often too tired to play anything in the spare time I have, I need the weekend or time off to really relax. I feel like my life revolves completely around my job and has killed all my motivation for life in general.
>>730800743Yes. I have become a much more casual gamer.
getting a gf changed my habits much more than getting a job
>>730801046Yes.
>>730801046What do you do for work? I feel similar. I can still enjoy casual games in short durations during my free time, but I do not have the energy, time, or motivation to play "conventional" games. No more 8 hour RPG sessions. 20 minute mobile-tier game sessions are my main gaming experience now.
>>730800743Not really, but games that I care about became more and more scarce, so just lucky timing, I guess.
>>730800743Of course it didI had less time to game but way more money, I can't imagine going back to being a NEET now though, shit was a sad waste of time and I imagine its even worse in this economy.
>>730800743Yes.>now have a bunch of moneyIt led to me spending a shit ton of money on game sales. I was buying new shit every other day/week.>now have less time to actually play gamesI literally bought a car so I could get home quicker after work because by the time I got off, I literally only had enough time to: smoke weed, get something to eat, watch tv or play something for maybe an hour, and then I had to go to sleep, so I could be rested and not feel like shit the next day for work.I've been NEET for 3 years now. It's nice but also feel like shit. I've accomplished absolutely nothing in these 3 years besides getting monetized on Youtube with my gaming channel.
>>730800743Yes, started playing easier short-term games. Now that i'm NEETing again i've started playing RPGs and Strategy games again. I'm dreading having to back to the wagecage
NopeI had 4 days on and 4 days off in which I just played vidya. NEET again.
