It is unplayable alongside mortal enemies, and mortal enemies is a must-have for de-aimbotting npcs (yes, Skyrim npcs have a literal aimbot in melee and in range). ME + unlocked means you move glacially slow during directional power attacks, which feels like garbage. I am very pro- directional power attacks have movement data attached to them.
