According to Google 4799 rupees are equivalent to 53 dollars. Sounds like it's still cheaper in the regional price. This "Valve's suggested price" thing is ragebait, it has zero economic basis and the fact the game costs twice as much as the suggested price does not mean the "regional price is DOUBLE".

I'm not sure why game companies wouldn't be better about regional pricing considering you can't abuse it anymore with the region locked keys and all the other retarded protections they put in place.
