The PC version got barely any patches and if you look up all the patch notes pre-1.90, it will just be console-only patches that cut corners to avoid bugs with shitty CPUs (like the t-posing, which only happens if you play on minimum requirements or below). The PC version actually got content cut, because now you have a dogshit skill tree and stats that doesn't matter because they turned it into a "movie" game where every weapon deals the same DPS
