The entire final act is underwhelming. KH3 has to rush through like five games' worth of plots and give them conclusions, and it's all so shitty and forced. 90% of the budget is used on the Disney worlds so the entire game outside of clapping at Disney references feels like a complete afterthought.

Old Man Xehanort barely appears in 3 until the Keyblade Graveyard, then the whole Scala ad Caelum part is so blatantly rushed and you fight his goat clones or whatever the fuck is happening, until you finally get to the Old Man Xehanort and it's just whatever. The entire thing might have felt better if they didn't decide to give Xehanort an absolution ending after all the fucking atrocities he committed for so long, it's SO underwhelming and has zero catharsis.
