With the show's new lore Arthur in Fallout 4 is actually unreasonably accepting of ghouls. In the show ferals and non ferals are the same thing except that ferals ran out of brain medicine. Does Tawd not realise how this changes literally every fucking thing about ghouls? Now it's not even reasonable for anyone not to kill them. Now it means the ghoul who went feral in Diamond City was at fault for not leaving when he knew he was running low on medicine and the mayor was completely justified in kicking them all out. Now it means that fucking Macready is all chummy with the exact same type of cannibalistic monster that ripped his 20 year old wife apart in front of his very eyes. Now it means that Hancock literally turned himself into a zombie. An actual zombie. Not just a guy who may or may not become one in a century or two, but a guy who is literally already a zombie but just using medicine to pretend to be a thinking human.
