I appreciate the developers wear their influence on their sleeve but i remember at least one puzzle was fucking retarded at the start and counted on you knowing the Greek alphabet, the movement was pretty janky, the protagonist that had schizophrenia or whatever was really stupid even if i liked the rural zombie feel, the guns lacked impact aside from the shotgun kinda, the animations were iffy, the plot was barely there and then got retarded in the epilogue where they try to swerve that the wife of the park ranger was involved in some all according to keikaku shit and speaking of the ending, that nigger tier instant kill QTE shit at the very end ruined my no death run my first time through and that made me so fanny flustered I nearly uninstalledBut cool environments, that said, the ambiance and art direction did have a very strong resident evil feelBeen meaning to try the prequel even if the plot really seems unable to go anywhere, just to judge if the developers got better at mechanical execution
