Duelist Kingdom is a nice introduction to the story and characters despite the game not having well defined rules, Pegasus is still probably the best arc villain and has the best buildup to the final duel, Battle City has the best duels and is peak Yugioh, Millennium World doesn't have many duels but it does answer a lot of questions and ends DM in a satisfying manner which is a rare thing in Japanese media.
