>remember hard game I played as a kid>play it>it was actually just hard because of the lagname it /v/
starwars episode 1 racer on n64the framerate is really low and if you marioparty fatiqued your controllers doing the input forward to charge up your boosts is really unreliableplayed it for a short while on pc and it felt like a completely different game
>remember Flash Flash Revolution being really hard to score on as a kid>come back after 10 years of playing real rhythm games>find out that tons of the songs I played on FFR back then were just hideously off sync and badly quantized / not quantized at all
>>730842469>SUPER CRAYZEE GUITAR MANIAC DELUXE 2>SELECT A DIFFICULTY FROM AMATEUR TO PROo>CHOOSE A GUITAR>OHHh MY GOdddgood memories
Can't believe I actually beat it. Honorable mention to the best song in the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6yYyAosja4
What was this one comedic rhythm game on Newgrounds where the intro has a green guy dancing on a cliff? One of the songs was Blitzkrieg Bop IIRC.
>>730843865I had the same experience playing OoT/MM. The sticks on our controllers were totally worn out and you could only get Link to run even close to full speed if you went diagonally. Made a lot of the platforming incredibly difficult and just generally felt horrible to play even as a kid. Played them on Wii virtual console later with a fresh gamecube controller and it was like having speed hacks turned on.
