>>730848165It's not like selling entertainment to inmates is new.They've basically always been able to buy playing cards and chess/checkers sets.They've had music players and personal radios with earbuds/headphones for a long time.It's easier to keep order if they aren't all bored out of their minds, and the prisons get the pittance they pay the inmates for work handed back to them.
