This is just a cutscene example. It gets worse when you're actually in the thick of action.

Are there any other examples of poorly programmed/fucked up graphical settings?

Sadly, there's no fix for the FPS tanking from using a sniper scope as it double renders a scene. Absolute Capcom retardation.

Hair shit has always been a meme in games, looks worse and runs worse. Hairworks in The Witcher 3 was the same way, although it did look kind of okay on some of the monsters.
