makes me sad when I see games with zero reviews.
>>730848302It makes you sad when no one bought (Your) game so now you come to shill it here?
>makes me sad when I see Stardew Valley clone #1782 with zero reviews.
>release date: 14 Jan, 2026At least be less subtle with your shilling, dude. This is just pathetic.
>>730848342oh shit that's the wrong one, sorry. good catch. Philna Fantasy will get a review, I bought it. It's not bad I just think I'm not in the mood for it right now I'll study for exams instead. This game has zero reviews and it's been that way since September. It didn't just come out today.
>>730848459That's rough.
>>730848459>RPG Maker slopDISCARDEDNever pay more than $0.00 for any RPG Maker gameI can tell it's RPG Maker because who the fuck else would use Garaukta's tileset graphics besides RPGM shitters
>>730848302I genuinely thought this was a stardew clone until I read the description so that's a bad startand the name is stupid, fucking philna
well maybe people dont want to play earthbound 832 with sterile stardew valley graphics
>>730848510Just chill out man, I mixed up my .pngs and my .jpgs screenshots.
>>730848557i have a big philna
>>730848459AhIt's from that guyEh, no thanksIf that's your game, fuck off
>>730848557oh well if you are interested in Stardew Clones, I have those. I'm like super into obscure games.
>>730848548That dev only makes stuff like thatHis games are pretty mediocre despite the fact that some of them were crowfunded
>>730848557Philna boing
>>730848302> second thread in a few hoursYou really are just shilling your shit game, huh?
this one also got a big fat zero. I might go for it at some point.
>>730848459Scroll down. It has 10 reviews. I think they don't show up on the sidebar until there's enough for an official rating.
>>730848775No I don't want you buying it at all. Do not purchase it. You're a dummy and you don't deserve it.
>>730848805>early access>no support for the only language that mattersI hope your game fails even harder than it already is.
>>730848689Groudon is at it again
>>730848849No that's not how it works. You can have less than ten reviews and it'll show up. The reason it didn't is because they aren't real reviews. They are from either kickstarter backers or streamers who got a free key.
>>730848459>ai logo>rpgm slopI don't think it's a good game just by this screenshotBut I honestly feel bad about such stuff tooIdkMaking a game and submitting it to steam is some effort still (and costs $100)But I really don't knowI remember buying some game on steam because I felt bad for the dev. It looked weird on screenshots, but it was a 3D game with a generic looking "beautiful" female MC. Some kind of a 3D puzzle. After playing it for a bit I came to the conclusion it was made by a borderline mentally unwell person. Nonsensical gameplay, random 3D assets (probably free), a lot of bugs. At some point I stopped understanding what the point of the game was even. And I refunded (it was cheap as shit too so I could probably not doing that, but I did it anyway)Sometimes there are genuinely bad games and them having no reviews is often justifiedAlso go and buy this game right nowhttps://store.steampowered.com/app/1452210/INPUT6/It's cheap as fuck and it's genuinely goodAnd recently the dev basically remade itIt has MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of views on youtube from all around the world. I literally can't comprehend how it is even possible. All these BIG channels played it and liked it (even that fag markiplier). But for some miraculous reason barely anyone boughtered it. It shouldn't be be possible but here we are. I liked the game. It's pretty simple, but it's made by a passionate dev. And the robot is cute (supposed to be scary though). Robot sex, I say.
>>730848775Your obsession with preventing video game discussion is getting pretty ridiculous. You can post about a game more than once. lmao.
That screenshot and the synopsis make me think the game is generic as fuck. Indie market is too cutthroat for basic games these days.
Why are there just SO MANY games with no reviews? Do the people putting this shit on steam not have a single friend that will buy their game, leave it running in the background for an hour or 2 and write a review?
>>730849231I'll play RPG maker games if they seem alright, I do it all the time. I don't know what the big deal is. Even if they're not that great, if I'm the only player or it was cheap, I won't bother refunding it. Dead of Darkness and Lost Cartridge: Cold Read and Ara Fell are some other RPMs I played all the way through. But I don't know about Input 6. There's lots of cheap lowly played games out there that I need to get but I can't buy them all. Like these:https://store.steampowered.com/app/3062610/Shes_Leaving/https://store.steampowered.com/app/3923680/Midnight_Files/https://store.steampowered.com/app/3893670/The_Jester_and_the_Madman/https://store.steampowered.com/app/3889080/Resonant_Dusk/https://store.steampowered.com/app/1376110/Liberty_Belle/https://store.steampowered.com/app/4018210/Restless_Dreams/
>>730849654forgot pic
>>730849276It is kind of generic, I don't know if it's really "grabbing" me. Sort of a bit of a traditional fantasy thing, not really because it does have sci-fi elements, but sort of. It has all white people, for one. That used to be a fantasy hallmark. At least the difficulty seems a bit better balanced. Some of these games are way too easy. The girl from Arkanya had a bit more soul, I think, but was not a challenge at all.
>>730848557I think it's supposed to be a take-off of the word "final" like "final fantasy".
>>730848302>>730848459>RPGMaker
>>730849127>Nun's design is significantly different between the promo art and the screenshotAI slop
>>730848302Be the change you want to see in the worldAlternatively, buy an ad
>>730851494The game is about rescuing nuns lost in the castle. The nun who runs the inn is a different character than the one who serves as your partner in battle against the forces of evil. You cannot properly identify what things are AI or not. It's best to leave that sort of thing to those who aren't retarded. Okay retard? did that sentence get through your exceptionally thick and stupid skull? Can you understand simple logic?
>>730851626Post an in-game screenshot of the promo art nun.
>>730851687Okay in about 30 minutes from now I will do so.
>>730851721Actually you don't need to, the store page already demonstrates it.Knight>Tassel at teh back of the helmet is gone>Helmet design is different>Two armour segments below the shoulder in the second art, only one in the title art>Bare fingers in the title art, gauntlet in the second art>Sword grip is blue in the title art, brown in the second artNun>No golden cross on her shoulder or the white marking below it in the second artBetter slop next time.
>>730851626It's very clearly AI slop dudeI don't know why you jeets keep pretending that it's impossible to tell>random horribly generic art with a bunch of random consistency errors that don't align with the technical skill it would be needed to create the imageFor every 1 image that is hard to tell that it is AI, there is like a million that is blatantly AI and it always is obvious when it comes to these low effort chinese/jeet games
>>730851930You're just being an autist. This fixation is unhealthy. But you do actually seem to have powerful abilities when it comes to observation, even if your deductive ability is decrepit/deficient. I think you could do some real good with a Sherlockian ability to identify trivial details of clothing like that, if you applied it to things besides obscure video games. What is your current occupation, if you have a job at all?
>>730852142My job is calling out shitty devs who shill AI slop on /v/.
>>730849847Damn, I wanted to create a Zelda clone too in the future, just with big tits.
>>730852142Dude, all that newfag is going to do is spam his favorite newfag buzzword like he's done three times now. He never planned to engage you in honest discourse.
>>730852201Well, hopefully some day you decide to put your talents to better use.
>>730852136Well, perhaps it is. It's rather irrelevant to me either way. Even if you proved it was, it would not stop me from playing the game. I do not see any reason to be concerned about artificial intelligence utilization in game development.
>uhm this game is le bad because nobody knows about it!/v/ is completely normalfagged now I see.
>>730852142look man it's obvious slop, it's got that generic AI-replicating-anime grease all over itthe evidence to back up my claim is just fucking look at it, I'm not even totally against AI but you're not fooling anyone and I'm not gonna buy your game
>>730849127This is AI slop. The two crucifix necklaces are a dead giveaway.
Title screen uses an even sloppier version of the same art that they fixed up for the store page.
>>730852556>those buttcheeks on the nunlmao
>>730852550When fighting demons two is better than one.
>see AI slop game>buy>leave negative review>refund
>>730851930Tassel is cut off by the image itself, helmet looks the same, the armour segment slid up into the brachial shoulder area and is not visible, he can take off his gloves, the sword is uhhh he has two swords and one is blue, the golden cross appears in the nun's vestments when her holy power is charged up.
>thread about games with fewer than 10 reviews>/v/tards get hung up on the one single game with ai posted and derail the enitre thread to be about aiWhy is this board like this?
>>730852829Go for it. When the review count is below ten, this will actually benefit the game more than hinder it.
>>730852890>helmet looks the same
Oh and the girl is blonde and has blue eyes in-game.
>>730853086Thats not how she looks in the game. I promised a photo and here it is.
>>730852890He actually does have two swords. More than two actually but I haven't unlocked them all yet.
>>730848302have you tried turning off HDR
>>730853229I don't know why I'd bother, the only effect it has is annoying people on here and I don't care about the people on here.
If we're shilling stuff, I'd like to shill for Dissimilar. It's a very fun game but be warned it's very slow in a few places with unskippable cutscenes, missing QoL and the plot takes a while to get going with the intro having a high likelihood of putting you off the main character.
20 years ago I made a simple Pong clone and a whole bunch of people played it, the future of indie games seemed so bright, especially when shit like Castle Crashers hit the fan. Nowadays thousands of games get released on itch.io every single DAY, the market is oversaturated as everyone is making games, especially now that AI is taking off. Steam Replay reveals that the average person buys like 4 new games a year, there's literally no hope for anyone.
>>730853038yep, same helmet alright. just shinier at one point, probably catching light in daytime. sorry bro, looks like it's hand drawn and now you're obligated to buy it. I bet you feel foolish.
>>730853301it sure is a hard time for game devs
>>730853301Sure there's hope. Just make games for free.
>>730853301I buy a lot more than 4 per year, I've already bought 4 in the current year with a special focus on new up and coming developers.
>>730848302It's really funny seeing indie devs who have no idea what appeal is
anyone knows a isometric base builder with base defense?
>>730853421That's what ended up happening to Market Garden. A shame. He tried his best, but in the end, it didn't really matter. A lot of people on this forum happen to espouse the same viewpoint regarding shooter games being watered down, but not enough to open their wallets I suppose.
>>730853152https://youtu.be/5N7n-v0W1Ds?t=259So he replaced the AI art with other AI art.
>>730853530Dying Breed?
>>730853757Are you still on about that? Jesus I can beat the game in the time you spend being an autistic internet detective about shit no one cares about.

>>730853272liked that they went to the trouble of explaining why the bosses suddenly have a retry mode in-universe instead of changing things for no reason.
>>730853757You think that this image was drawn by a computer? Christ, you are fucked in the head. it's so obviously not created by a professional at all, machine, or otherwise.
>>730853301Make a good gameShitndie devs refuse to believe it's this simple, but it really is
Always thought it was a bit silly for the developers of Between Horizons to think that a new cover art image would do anything for sales.maybe I was wrong, there are freaks who obsess over cover art, much more than I believed to be possible.
