This is the one saga that constantly benefits from newer consoles. It has always been about freedom and chaos. I remember kids excited about being able to steal a car, go to the strip club, and kill everyone there or, grabbing a katana and beheading every pedestrian. Now that was with limited hardware. Then the modding community worked it's magic, from small stuff like skins, to mystery mods, to gigantic projects like SAMP. It has always been about liberty and immersion. That's why Rockstar made such a big emphasis in details with RDR2. Now people see the latest GTA 6 trailer and see the giant map with a lot of depth and detail and see a living world that you can't wait to wreck. You see the characters standing in a house and the Keys at distance with a lot of yachts, and you can't wait to simply run from your house, to the street, to jump into the ocean, swim, get into the yacht, steal it, get at the top and snipe people at distance. The more "realistic" and alive/immersive the world feels the better. It has always been what made this series so popular.
what is bro yapping about
maybe so but I feel alot have lost interests since the reveal or at least somewhat indifferent Obviously they're going to buy it but just don't seem as excited as they were 2 weeks after a teaser drops
GTA6 doesnt look that different from GTA6. What will you be able to do in GTA6 that is so crazy different from what you did in GTA5?

>>730852885For open world games I can agree. Increased processing power, graphics and RAM probably benefits open worlds more than any other genre
