Most of the older game companies (Nintendo, Sega, Konami, Capcom) own enough varied and recognizable IP that you could easily make a crossover game like Kingdom HeartsNintendo might be the only one that would have the same mainstream appeal as disney but I don't think Kingdom Hearts was ever more popular than Final Fantasy anyway

Nintendo is one of the only ones that come to mind for me, though many believe that Warner Bros could have worked as well. Sora would be the most affected out of the original creations, as he exists purely because Square and Disney couldn't decide who should be the main character, so they made an OC and stylized his outfit to look like a Disney character (though he gradually drifts away from that philosophy with every redesign).
