Honestly, not really; however it is not the worst way to waste a couple of hours. There is virtually no dating in that game - you just do a bunch of busy work "rituals" to get the girl to kiss you - and it is obnoxiously filled with satirical references to anime (tropes).
Kokonoe Kokoro is the superior gag monster girl dating game since it actually has a few serious moments in it, and does not treat everything as a joke.
Unfortunately, the rest of the English (translated) games only have generic monster girls who are humans with just some embellishments - wings, horns, abnormal skin colours, slightly different appendages, etc.
If you could read Japanese, then you have a few decent options, but I doubt that is the case for you.
