The only missable thing is a semi-hidden ending that triggers when killing Grandma while cursed by the parasite. There are some enemy log entries that are missable too but not required for completion.

I got stuck on the High Halls one for a lot longer though, maybe because I did it very early on, didn't disable the silk draining mobs because I didn't even have double jump, and didn't have the help you can apparently have in there.And yeah that boss was surprisingly easy, although Nyleth was even easier (I just pogoed on her non-stop until she died, ate hits often but just healed through them).
