>Games you can lose, particularly games that will take hours of progress away from you when you lose, have started to stress me the fuck out>I only play games you can't lose like VNs nowDoes anyone deal with this? Did it get better?
stop getting attached to "result." its all time you cant get back either way. learn to have fun losing or you wont ever have fun.
>>730885353Dude. Just play games where you can save.
>>730885353Dying in games used to devastate me. Just remember it's not real. :)
losing make winning much sweeter,if you constantly win your brain just gets from too many dopamine hits
>>730885541try having fun losing in tarkov
>>730885353>games you can't lose like VNs>missed good ending because did not pick the correct answer 180 gameplay hours ago (in a previous game of the series with save import)
Losing is fine in isolation. If it's back-to-back, it can be frustrating but par for the course. If it's entirely out of your control and constant it's obnoxious.
'kima!
>>730885353Same, ever since I hit my 30s I've been only playing old games on emulator because I realized that investing time and effort into playing games legit is not worth it anymore. The small payoff/satisfaction of beating a game legit is overshadowed by regrets of the time you can never take back. That's why I don't feel bad anymore about "savescumming" every 10 seconds, using rewind, poking RAM values, using lua scripts to give myself an advantage. I value my time more than I value my gamer pride.>B-but you're wasting time on 4chin so you don't value your free timeOnly ever visiting this retarded website when I'm shitting on company time
