New Vegas having a wide variety of weapons that were ballistic, plasma, and laser that all also had different ammo types instantly puts it above 3 and 4 IMO. I remember being excited to see if it had different ammo types for different uses but NOPE just 5 billion rounds of fucking .38 caliber (which is weird on it's own). NV's only true issue is the crash issue. Everything else is just typical of Bethesda's garbage tools, but it is bearable especially after downloading some mods. NV may have been published by Bugthesda but Obsidian did incredible work that evidently a huge lot of people still appreciate to this day despite bugs here and there.
