I like RE0 put there are some problems with it, which is why for every release I grind A Rank on Leech Hunter so for all my subsequent runs I can just use the infinite Magnum and enjoy the story and how cute Rebecca is

If you have to backtrack through the observatory there are like three on a balcony which you probably want to kill, but yes on a first run before you know that these fucking cunts just completely destroy your shotgun round stockpile

Its most likely that the devs wanted to retain her character from RE1Although I've seen people on /horg/ speculate that the reason Rebecca acted like that is because she had discovered enough shit in RE0 that she didn't trust anybody from Alpha or Bravo, including Chris and was hoping to just survive the next night in RE1 and get back to Raccoon City.
