In your opinion is using speed hack to make the game run faster cheating. Specifically to make tedious sideqests or activities go by faster or in general when playing Turn based games and backtracking thru parts that have random encounter whit enemies that die in one hit or dont require tactics more comlex than mash attack Not talking about adding money or items or invincibility. Just using what is the equivalent of the turbo button on Emulator in PC games as well.Iv bean using it recently to speed up clearing sideqests in Nier as many of them are quite literal just errands whit almost no combat.

I used Cheat Engine when playing Baldur's Gate 3 (just for the speedhack), and it's not cheating at all. The game isn't easier, and it's just faster. When you use a speedhack, you're spending half the time that someone else spent in doing the exact same thing. Do not be shamed into playing at 1x if you don't want to.

It's because you NPCs have limited information processing, whereas other people can play at 2x speed and not miss anything. I played Dota all my life, which is super fast, and that's why games feel so slow to me. Have you ever played Dota?
>>730904263if you use it in a really degenerate waylike in a lot of games gambling is designed to be profitable on average but costs the player time from his real life to the point no one really abused itif you crank the game up to 50000 frames and use a turbo key or macro to gamble at that speed you can probably turn the first gambling spot into top tier rewards you're really not supposed to have until lategame, when really the devs only meant for you to see the prizes and be tempted to play their gambling minigames for a half hour
>>730904454I am enjoying the game back on the PS3 it was one of my favorite games but as the above guy mentioned many parts are just as enjoyable if i spend half as much time doing them.And also the game does have really tedious time waste parts in between really fun and creative dungeons and fights on top of a great story.I beat almost 50% of persona 5Royals at 1.5-2X the speed and i did the same in Like a Dragon Yakuza 7 and still enjoyed the games and completely understood the story.
