I can kind of understand online or live games but I do know someone who just plays Fallout 4 and has done so since it launched.The thing is he doesn’t try any new builds or new routes or anything different to make the game challenging, he just plays the game on legendary mode forever not even beating it, just wandering around fighting and building generic settlements.He also only sides with the Minutemen.

I don't get this mentality. Not really because of the "won't you expend all there is in it and grow tired of it eventually" part. That could very well be a genre to genre game to game bit. But why is it that when you find the main game you like, you don't bother seeing if you can like other games?
