Flash isn't exactly a great thing to adapt. He doesn't even regularly fair well in DC cross overs because an accurate representation of his powers would nullify the need for anyone else to participate, so he gets nerfed and is comic relief or a bumbling fool.

A game would encounter the same problems. How do you make the flash a playable character while also representing him accurately and making it fun?
