I tried to play a baseball game that was console only using cloud gaming and it was the most miserable experience of my life. Anything that requires timing at ANY LEVEL is going to be impossible with that much input delay.

You could play JRPGs, maybe? But even that would be annoying if you're used to speeding through menus.
It's legitimately never going to be good, not in my lifetime anyway.
