There's only one mission that you have to encounter out in the overworld, but it's pretty underwhelming. Most of the quests are just fetch quests that aren't majorly satisfying.

I love the aesthetics of the game and the soundtrack is one that stuck with me for a long time, but it really sums up what kind of game this is when your motorbike-themed game has ZERO racing quests/minigames and instead has a multi-step fetch quest where you get medicine and tampons for a little village girl.

I like the aesthetic and like Metroidvanias, but from what I've heard the backtracking is really annoying in this one. In Super Metroid, for example, you gain abilities that trivialize the earlier areas so going back through them is quick and easy. In this game, you can die at any time from a mistimed jump or a stray enemy bullet, so even when you're going through areas from the beginning of the game you have to be cautious. That doesn't sound fun to me.
