Just go for the guy. The girl is still a main-stay in the story and arguably as relevant as the sibling you pick, so it doesn't really matter. You get to see the girl constantly anyway, and even run around the city as her if you want. This isn't like Genshin/Star Rail where the MC you don't pick becomes a rare appearance or gets shafted completely.

you pick the girl if you aren't gay.
anons will tell you that you can always see the girl or run as her in the overworld, but all the cutscenes will have whoever you picked as your main, so if you want to see the girl more often, you pick the girl.
if you want to see the guy's flat ass more often, then you pick the guy.
