How do the super jumps work?
Obviously you get a better jump if you duck for a while before releasing, but it combos with hurt blocks somehow that one time got me a great jump but usually doesn't. And it deals double damage for some reason.

For every life point you give to the hurt block while ducking, the higher your jump.
The act of jumping itself on it also costs two life points.
For almost every one of those jumps, just release your duck when you have 3 health left for maximum height.

Alright, what the fuck is this? There seems to be some weird mechanic that lets you spring up on those green blocks but I only managed to accidentally make it happen twice by randomly mashing buttons.
