Instant kills are inherently tilting+dying to spy often has to do with team diffSpy is countered by both team callouts/cover and the opportunity cost of running a spy when you could run anything else, so if a spy is the pain in the ass for you, either killing you or distracting you so his team can kill you, it's likely that your team is already losing and he's just sticking the knife in the wound
