the savefiles are in appdata/locallow/ice-pick lodge/pathologic 3/saves/default folder
once you unpack the save zipfile, there's a current.xml file, i just ctrl+f it and looked for variables with names that sound like something that would help me
for example, i had a problem ending quest with convincing Boulder to do something for me so i've searched for anything with the word "Boulder", I've found "<Name>Day7_Q9_Boulder_Escape_Complete</Name>" variable and added "<Value>true</Value>" one line below it, zipped it again and it worked

Yeah. After resetting the failure node, I get the same convos saying the door is jammed, about the suspect leaving, traces in the house.. If that's how it is then whatever, sort of expected some new dialog and a new ending node for visiting the house on day 5.

I also don't seem to be able to close off Vlad Jr's node on day 3. I've got a marker on the town hall, but there isn't anything I can interact with at this point. Played through to day 6 and nothing seems to be amiss on the narative front, so I'm guessing it's purely an interface thing.

A large part of this might be people giving up because of bugs but I think people get soft locked due to insufficient amalgam towards the end as well and not knowing how to end the game.

Also I just finished the void, what a game. Great art direction, incredibly janky. Often whenever I touched another object I'd go flying into the sky at random. At least its nice playing a game where all the girls are hot and naked.

Looks like your inventory for a day stays with you when you leave and go back to it now instead of getting stuffed in the clocks. Wonder if that's a bug fix or a QoL change. I don't see a mention of it in the notes.
