Pulse blade is wall hacks and insanely strong, but shitters don't use it because they don't know how to move without grapple or stim. A-wall is powerful, but everyone in the match is going to loathe you for using it because it encourages planting yourself down like a turret and camping. Cloak is solid since it makes it harder for enemies to spot/shoot you, and it almost guarantees you get the first shot against an enemy (which is huge for a low TTK game), but it's also annoying to deal with.
