I've been cringe my whole life. Not intentionally so, I just racked up a whole encyclopedia of cringy moments that used to keep me up at night. The good thing was I was at least aware after that it was cringe and once you have embarrassed yourself enough you just stop giving a fuck and start gaining confidence to just enjoy the shit you like.As soon as I started living with that mindset I started getting invited to more events with friends and got more comfortable socially.
