The only other big option is Rain, which is a terrible server that people recommend you stay away from, and I don't think this group ever self hosts, presumably because it would be shitty if some people wanna keep playing after the two weeks.

Once you download and extract the client files is there any additional work to get the most out of the translations?

However, there's some additional translations you can install if you'd like. https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1ejhsua309mBXbVeCL8oAZNE2NdbUPEpeI'm guessing you only need the client versions and that everything 4.1 and below is already installed with the pre-patched install. I don't think a lot of extra content is translated with these, might not be worth the hassle.
