Fromsoftserve doesn't understand how lighting works. It's a give and take situation, if you only add shadows you only take lighting away until it just looks dreary and shitty. You have to add lighting back with something like global illumination. The reason only some objects in Bloodborne cast shadows wasn't just for performance it was how they decided to light the areas. His mod looks like trash.
