Never. I did get kicked from an ARMA 3 server. There were like 4 people in there and I figured it might be a good chance to see if I could get the drone loadout to work. I just barely pulled up the tablet control thing and it said I lost connection. The buddy I was with was still in the server and said it was a kick for screwing around. Past that, no bans or kicks.
