I was so hype for the game, I didn't have internet access yet so I would go to Gamestop once a month and ask when the game was coming out. Initially they'd tell me it would come out around November of 2005 but then it turned into early 2006 and then later they'd tell me it was coming out with the Wii. I didn't even know what the fuck the Wii was at that point I somehow missed hearing about it.

The way they stagger the company logo reveals in the first one is so good, it's insane that Ono just showed early beta footage at a convention weeks before it was shown and ruined the surprise. Game itself was disappointing but ultimately over-hated, it's pretty good.
