am I too boomer if I say early 3d just looks bad and I dunno why anyone would want to recreate it? My own nostalgia for 8/16 bit aside from having lived through the era I can see the argument for pixelshit, but early 3d just looks crap, anything the n64/ps1 had that wasn't pure cancer to look at objectively was because of it's artstyle/stylization which would only look better outside the restraints of early 3d? like I guess the same could be said for pixelshit maybe 2d stylized stuff could surpass it or whatever butI dunno anybody else think it has less of a reason to be such?
