Leon has his (magical) attache case, which indicates also that he will be able to carry loads of weapons, where grace is survival horror, has inventory box, can have ink ribbons and will of course have limited ammo, weapons and inventory. I expect the crafting thing is all grace gameplay as well, though they have not shown any ammo drops from enemies like in RE4 (thank god) so we will probably still have to scavenge as leon as well as be frugal with ammo.
