I don't know, I just reinstalled F4 for my PS4 and despite its numerous flaws I have been having some fun with it. No mods (there is MODS section in main menu but haven't tried). Probably still won't finish the story because the missions are kinda shitty and boring mostly.

Just the Honest Hearts DLC for New Vegas alone is far more interesting than Fo3 or Fo4. Finding all of the logs of the Survivalist in Zion is just something else.
