You're the teacher. They're the students. Banging them is a no-no. There is no deliberate censorship going on there since it's the core story. And a lot of the students are blatantly thirsty for you so it scratches that itch a little bit. That being said, you can see where "starting a family" is simply an impossibility. Unless the game added some mechanic where you could graduate the girls from school but that raises another problem - there are no adults in the whole fucking city except for you, so how (lore-wise) are they going to add an adult-wife while none of the other girls every age?
