The world leans right more than it ever has in history, so why don't we see more big budget games about the events and people from the Bible?
Anime games are alt-right by default
Classic Heroes thread. This old video still holds up pretty well https://youtu.be/81nhkIPdzk4
>>731189140Pretty much only American Evangelicals would make something like that, but they don't care now that they're in bed with politicians.
>>731189140Christianity is mostly a right wing thing, and they neglect the arts. It's how leftists took over western film, television, games and music.
>>731190539>and they neglect the arts
>>731190539retard
>>731190343What do politics have to do with it?
>>731190604>>731190654I thought it was obvious I meant IN MODERN TIMES. As in the current year and culture we are in right now.
>>731189910Lol, lmao even. Anime games are for trannies.
>>731189140Because nothing in the Bible really lends itself to actually being a game unless you want to do something like a Redemption TCG game or some sort of RTS. The Book of Revelation is pretty much it.The Old Testament is primarily following specific people as they either set up settlements, leave settlements, or have some sort of test by God. You could do a Noah's Ark sokoban but then you're just making a religious-themed sokoban.A Moses game would solely be based around some sort of strategy game getting the slaves out of Egypt, parting the Red Sea, then keeping the Egyptians alive with Manna for 40 years. Considering they wandered a desert with nothing in it I have no idea how you'd even do this since there's nothing there.David and Goliath is essentially one boss fight, the end.Samson is him just wandering around banging women, gets his hair cut, gets his eyes gouged out, becomes a slave who processes grain, prays to God and gets his power back, and only then does he destroy the temple of Dagon. So 90% of the game would be nothing happening and then the destruction of the temple.Jesus' entire ministry was going from town to town preaching, performing miracles, dying, resurrecting, and going to Heaven to wait until the Antichrist is born and Hell is unleashed on the Earth. What gameplay would you do with that? VNs don't work because you get to make dialogue choices and it would functionally seem like homework than fun. You also wouldn't be able to deviate from anything and it being from Jesus' perspective would be considered pretty offensive to most people unless you were so safe with it.Left Behind is basically religious fanfiction and has had a game made of it, and that's realistically what a game would be like leading up to Jesus coming back to Earth to slay the demons. Otherwise the only game you have is after the Antichrist rips off the bandaid and you play as some angel fighting demons until Jesus arrives to one-tap everyone and end the Age.
>>731191361Most trannies are right wing, so...
>>731191870Just make it like Monster Girl Quest Paradox *refuses to elaborate*
