As you see here, I made a huge gun
You make it with 2 explosive blocks+any 2 other blocks behind them and every block that you put behind those will make it stronger(think of it as a gun's barrel getting longer)
I have no idea if that makes guns more effective irl, I'd assume so because rifles are long as fuck

I've played a bunch of it already, it's quite a unique game in terms of gameplay. There are games that have done some of it here and there, such as crafting your own customizable weapons, battling in timestop, using physical bumper car style combat and more, roguelike combinations of perks. But the way its all strung together and used in the 2D scope while still working well, feels fresh and fun to play. It's very, veeeeeery fun but I do wish that the systems used were expanded upon even more. There is so so so much potential for this kind of game I don't even know where to begin without discussing it with people that have played it a bunch too.

Anyway, Moma cute and the opening is awesome

How is the full game compared to demo? I remember playing it during next fest but I wasn't fully convinced to buy it

Good good! it is very unique, I just wish you got way more unlocks and got them faster... I also wish I could tell the dev that I need more games like this one, best I can do is shill this on /v/ a bit.
Speaking of gameplay, i think the most fun build were spears(besides that gun i posted up there) but I heard saws/rotations are the strongest
Might make a thread at night one of these days and see if I can make more people give it a try, its pretty fun and it has a very cute story and good music and its real short, so give Million Depth (tm) a try so I can have more people to discuss with please

I didn't play the demo cause I found the game around week ago but I assume it only lets you do the first "dungeon", there's 2 more which make the gameplay better since you get two weapons instead of one and the difficulty ramps on the third one
I'd recommend giving the entire thing a try if you liked the demo although as I said I am not sure how much of the full game the demo included...

Yeah, demo allowed you to play first dungeon with implications there are two more + it gave you basic gist of the story. Having two weapons sounds nice, I hope they made it nice to control.
I liked the demo though I am not a big fan of roguelites in general, how tedious is unlocking parts/blocks/blueprints? I think I will pirate it first and then see if I like it enough to buy it.

Being completely honest, that's probably the worst part of the game and the only thing I disliked about it
To give you an idea, there are 24? unlockeables and by the time I was done with the story I only had 10 of those, and at max difficulty modifiers you get 120 points if you beat the run and you need 150ish to unlock things by that point so its not even one unlock per run..It's pretty tedious and makes you have to play the game long after you are done with the story to get everything
The only saving grace is that I'd say you get most of the fun/useful unlocks early on, the later ones are mostly random silly/defensive things with the last one being a bomb but that requires like 28 runs to get at max difficulty...

As for controlling the weapons, it feels nice. You can recall them for a cost and switch between them with right click, you are supposed to use one of them as a shield. There's some perks for stuff to do more damage while the other is recharging or get tankier/do more damage when you aren't controlling it so you can make some gun builds like that, sorry for mucho texto

That's a shame, this is one of my biggest reasons why I hate roguelites in general. I guess I should be fine if I just do main story portion of the game and do not bother with unlocking everything, considering the fun/useful unlocks are early.
Sounds interesting, I remember I had a small gripe with demo that going hybrid between defense and damage just felt meh compared to going full dmg and dodging everything but having an defensive/ranged option while using your other weapon sounds great, adds more versatility to the game.

Don't worry about it, I enjoy reading/listening to what other people think, especially if they have a lot to write/tell.

Thanks for the answer, I will try it out later today.
