>>
>>731497672
Yah think? Developers got the smart idea of making shit free and then charging a shit ton for micro transactions and people end up spending more money than if the game was paid up front. The gaming industry now is all about draining wallets and not about producing quality games. You can thank the chinks for that too with their gacha shit.
>>
Good. I don't want retards playing my favorite video games. Zoomerism is an excellent form of gatekeeping.

Did you know the U.S. Government is allowed to literally just lie about unemployment statistics
Did you know that anyone who goes more than 6 months unemployed is considered "voluntarily unemployed" and no longer counted in the statistics

that happens literally in every single western country
In my shithole if you are considered to be doing an activity to "improve yourself" or you consider yourself "looking for a job" you are not counted as unemployed
and still the "official" unemployment rate is like 15%

>>
>>731504232

We love working on meaningful things. Things where the benefit is immediately necessary for survival, are directly in tune with our needs as humans or an expression of our selves in one way or the other . Think being a farmer, construction worker or someone that wants to become an artist, mathematician, scientist engineer, etc.

Most modern "work" is just bureaucratic nonsense made to give the person doing the labor an illusion of satisfaction by talking about how much money the job makes, not how it benefits society or them in any real deep sense. Modern jobs are fucking soul-sucking nightmares that only exist to enrichen the people at the top, not to satisfy the true human craving for work/labor that benefits the person and his/her community.

Don't get me wrong. I wouldn't defend Ubishit's garbage even at a gun point but I remember when their shitty cod clone named XDefiant came out one of the biggest complaints on social media was
>this game needs battlepass, there's nothing to play for
That was the first time in years where I truly felt like the gaming had pass the point of no return.

Younger generations can not frathom the idea of playing a game for the game itself. And I'm not even blaming them for it, it's suits, shareholders and other parasites. They won. They own the market and they own the minds of audiences. It's their turf now.
>>
>>731510749
Think of it this way, they had to poison that turf a lot before they could get to this point. Almost none of their strategies will last forever, and they're already starting to fall apart right now. They want this place fine, but there's not much left for them after getting here, and they'll leave unsatisfied.

1) Modern relationships are a fucking joke. They can be serious (and be treated as such as a result), but who cares if some dude cheats on his gf/wife or vice versa? Most people don't get into relationships for anything approaching true love or something worthwhile anyways

2) Bill Clinton and Trump are both pedophiles. That's much more serious than fucking some slatternly woman outside of your loveless political marriage (where your wife gave birth to a daughter who looks nothing like you).

>We love working on meaningful things
human men love digging big holes in the ground and knocking over big shit or moving dirt or stacking objects, the meaning we invented for all that ie all of society is a post-hoc rationalization for our base childish instinctual desires
work without meaning is what we call hobbies
>>
>>731513531
that's typically covered by the company in first world countries, if not at least you can write the expense off of your taxes :)
>>
>>731519146
Attaining pleasure is a meaning in and of itself, so hobbies don't count as meaningless work. Most of the shit done in a corporate office really isn't since it can be done in 2-3 hours if you're proficient and you're not doing it for any other purpose than to get a paycheck, which you can get in many other ways that are more in line with your goals in life.

Demos help you form your own opinion. Haven't you ever felt differently about a game when you play it yourself than when you watch someone else play it?
Or do you base your opinions on what people who play that game say?

>Both are sketchy cunts
>Clearly play favorites (favoring the niggers), denying my accomodations, scheduling shifts only 9 hours apart, over the top expectations (only for me who is disabled), changing rules, assaults employees, etc.
>One of the nigresses actually gets fired because everyone hates her and did a poor job
>Shortly after, the other nigress waits until head of HR is on leave to schedule me 30 minutes before my shift ends
>She uses this against me to get fired because I left the store in a mess (there were plenty of customers even after closing)
>Because of that and swearing at her after being fired, enemployement initially denies me my money for “misconduct”
Luckily I was able to appeal it. This being surprising since this is Florida, but goes to show that my termination was pretext if Florida judges sided with me.

If you try and get on unemployment you are competing with every single mother and disabled veteran in america. If your sob story is good enough you get put on a waiting list for a few months. If you're lucky and the program isn't cut during that time you get MAYBE $70/month until that program gets unexpectedly defunded too.
In America you have income, be a leech, or die. Welfare is a meme unless you're brown.

The simplest fucking proof is Bill Clinton and Trump's association with Epstein and both of them actively ignoring their legal duty to report on said association to the public (Trump by releasing the files in their totality by the date set in December and redacting the files that were released when explicitly told not to and Clinton in not even showing up for testimony via subpoena). That's not the behavior of innocent people, especially considering the grave nature of the allegations.

>>731521682
yes thats correct anon im not lying
heres the rub
the government, in the USA at least, is well practiced at deception and double-talk, and they use it to obscure the reality of how completely fucked the 99% are, one of the methods being to hide the real actual unemployment rate.
the specific way that they do this is by simply not counting anyone who isnt receiving unemployment benefits as being unemployed
do you just not qualify for it because your state is strict? you dont count as unemployed, even if you dont have a job
were you taking it but then it ran out because the maximum duration you can have it is 8-10 months in many states? you dont count as unemployed, even if you dont have a job
have you been mentally crushed by the soul-deadening reality of society as it is today and retreated from it, becoming a NEET? you dont count as unemployed, even if you dont have a job

the vast majority of those in those 3 categories are 40 or below. the real unemployment rate for 40 and below is near 80%; the government just uses the statistics version of gerrymandering to hide it from reality so they can pretend that the rate is between 5-10 percent

I was born in the 90s. No, I didn't Neither did most kids I knew growing up. I remember when I became a teenager and how badly I wanted money and tried to mow lawns and anything else that cartoons and TV Shows showed was a thing. Where I lived all the typical "first teenager job" places were hiring single moms and hoodrats and everyone cut their own lawn or paid a service that sent Mexicans to do it. I have never had money outside of gifts while I was growing up.
It has to be way worse now.

I always just eat the fine because it's like 3 months of premium tops. The absolute cheapest plan I was eligible for was ~$350 a month with a NINE FUCKING THOUSAND dollar deductible. What's the damn point? My uninsured ER visit last year, first in my whole life, cost ~$3000 so I would basically pay more than one of those every single year and then end up paying $9000 more anyway, oh and coverage isn't guaranteed. Compare this to getting debt that is way less severe than other kinds of debt. Obamacare was a mistake just like college loans were a mistake, as was mandatory auto insurance. Fuck, it's all so awful.
