For starters, I simply cannot play the game because it isn't supported on Linux and has kernel-level anticheat. So I can't even try the game to assess it. I watched a stream of it and noticed it had dailies/weeklies, and I'm turned off because I can't stand that fake engagement shit in any game anymore. The game is fine, honestly. A little boring, but playable. Some tweaks could make it much better.More to the point, I agree with this article somewhat, only because these threads are filled with people who have obviously not played the game at all. If they ult at the start of a raid, you are just gonna get raped. It seems people don't even gather the ult charger spheres between rounds but you should realistically get at least 1-2 ults every raid and leave the enemy team in shambles. Dome splitter is also fucking OBSCENE if you have a rocket launcher or long range gun because you can pincer just about every objective on any base if you plant the shield breaker in the middle and dome splitter the objective you want to sabotage.Because there is no text chat, you cant explain that to your teammates so they just go in, die, lose their lives, and the game is sort of boring during its hands down best phases. Most players dont even know basic stuff like breaking barrels for materials or pinging down walls with their tac gear or breaking enemy gadgets. It might be an issue that gets solved with time, but its day two and people seem genuinely retarded when you spectate them.

I played 10 FULL games, it took over 18 hours to do so because of the regular boots to boots to login or failures to find players for a match.Thankfully once a match starts someone usually quits after the first round so it just turns into an easy win or guaranteed loss.I ended up 7/3 w/l and it was bad, in every way. Controls felt sluggish and had weird input delay, everything looked like it was smothered in vasoline, even dropping as low as 1080p it was quite difficult to get to 120fps on my 4080.mounts mean nothing because they're only useful in that early portion of each round where you're supposed to go around- except there's no reason to go around, currency is valueless in its entirety, you get nothing from collecting it because the best gear is only in chests. The map is so big you NEVER see the other team outside of it, and there's no punishment to dying before respawns are disabled anyway besides a couple seconds which... Means nothing, you just come back.
