Since I quit drinking, I've spent every single day of my life working from home, playing video games, and occasionally shitposting on 4chan. I've gotten fat and I've stopped shaving. I don't regret that part at all. The part I regret is the 30 years wasted trying to fit in as a normie, the 8 years spent in a toxic relationship, the other years wasted fruitlessly trying to get laid, the tens of thousands of dollars spent on alcohol, partying, drugs, the several years worth of commuting to and from work for an hour each way every single day and getting only 4 hours free time per evening. Those I regret. Now I'm comfy maxing. I game for 8 hours a day. I play piano for a while each afternoon and on the weekends I go for walks. That's it, I've given up caring about anything else, and I feel better for it. I'm content now with this being my life until I waste away.

If you don't have other hobbies, it's not too late for you despite what others will try to tell you. 28 is not 60 years old and even at 60 you can still find other hobbies.
