Since you're already patching the game I'd recommend the patch to fix the backgrounds too though, they used some really shit upscaling so the original pixelart looks way better

>>732181784Far as i know it's just making act3 a fixed start rather than RNG, all other RNG remains the same. Also DS is better since they had to push all the UI onto 1 screen vs the map/inventory etc using the bottom screen, nitpick maybe but it bugs me endlessly
