This game has some pretty homoerotic undertones when you think about it. The Cop and Racer factions clearly depend on each other and every cutscene has dialogue like "I am the catalyst, I give you Stockholm Syndrome, I prove your place in the food chain."

I never understood those cutscenes. I genuinely have no fucking clue what this game is even about. You either play as a cop or a racer and every time you clear a set of missions you get some random cutscene about some random racers or cops saying some random shit and I have no idea what the fuck any of it means. What a depressing game this was
