This game is kinda ass, but also kinda not. I dunno, there's a certain appeal to it. Mechanics have a surprising depth to them, too:>cover system>parries and animated takedowns>full on, seamless melee combat system>bullet time, wall running + jumping + shootdodging>cheat system hidden in a fake terminal complete with a hidden multiplayer fighting game built inControls are obviously janky as hell for all of this, but it was a really ambitious game for doing all of this in 2003. I enjoyed Enter the Matrix far better than Path of Neo, with Enter the Matrix being the closest to nailing the feel of the movies I think. Path of Neo was too arcadey by comparison, running into agents in this game was actually a scary thing.

I used to put on Godmode and reenact a small scale burly brawl in the missions where agents come after you. Just kept fighting them. Was glad to actually do it in Path of Neo.
