Is this game any good? Jason Schreier had it in his top 10 of 2025 and he has pretty similar taste to mine

I was completely obsessed with it during my play through. Couldn't stop thinking about it. Very good and compelling writing and atmosphere. The gameplay is fun too.

My issue with it is that the nature of the timing and the way certain objects are meant to be interacted with kind of dick over the player in ways you can't exactly reverse. The tutorial hour is meant to clue you in to this but the rest of the time is so free-use that you can fuck yourself over a bit. Great game though

>>732208685There's a demo. It's good but the problem is it has this "Mind Map" mechanic that automatically sorts all your evidence and does the deduction for you. So it's like obra dinn on automode. Best approach it like it's a mystery VN, more Ace Attorney/Dangan Ronpa than Obra Dinn/Golden Idol.
