someone give me pro tips for playing this series. I'm not sure I'm playing the game right. it seems pretty hard. I'm saving at the start of every turn and reloading if it doesn't go well which is basically cheating and it's still difficult. if I put 2 or 3 of my strongest characters in a choke point with a healer behind them I'm invincible and enemies just suicide on them, but if I want to use my weaker characters it's too easy for them to get sniped. also walking characters seem way weaker because they don't get the post-attack move so you can't move them back to a safer position after attacking.

And through that he has enough to use Bolganone and ultimately Thoron, which has the same stats as Excalibur (It did not have flier effectiveness in the first game). His access to staves already puts him high enough where he can save you two deployment slots through Lena and Merric (sorry Wrys) if you want to use anyone else or have two magic/staff users at the same time. His speed and weapon level stat carries everything even if Merric can get to the same potential of speed because that's all he really needs. As the kids say, he is truly one of the GOATs of the first game.
